Who we are
Uplift Engines runs upliftengines.com. For any question about your information, or to have it deleted, email noah@upliftengines.com.
What you send us
- Strategy call form. Your name, business name, email, phone if you give it, and what you write about your biggest problem. We save it in our lead records and our CRM (HubSpot), email it to Noah, and send you to HubSpot's booking page to pick a time.
- Chat. What you type is sent to Anthropic's Claude model to write the replies. If you share your name, email and company, they are saved the same way as the form, together with the conversation. The chat keeps your conversation in your browser until you close the tab.
- Calendar math. The numbers you enter stay in the page address and are not sent to us. If you ask us to email you the plan, we save your name, email, company if you give it, and the plan, add you to our CRM, and email the plan to you.
- Trial agreement. When you sign, we keep your name, title, company, email, typed signature, how you'd pay, the time, and your IP address and browser details as the record of the signature.
Analytics
We use PostHog to see which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. It runs without cookies or local storage, it honours your browser's Do Not Track setting, and it does not record your screen. It does not see what you type into a form.
Who else handles it
The site is hosted on Vercel. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Forms are processed by n8n, contacts and bookings live in HubSpot, email goes through Google Workspace, the chat runs on Anthropic, and analytics run on PostHog. We don't sell your information.
Email from us
If you book a call or ask for a plan, we email you about it. If you'd rather we didn't, reply and say so.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep your details while we're talking with you about working together. Email noah@upliftengines.com and we'll delete what we hold about you, except records we have to keep, such as a signed agreement.
